Yamuna Body Rolling: The Total Body Workout

 

Yamuna Zake, a yoga instructor from New York, created the Yamuna Body Rolling (YBR). She realized that many conventional fitness routines often caused injuries thus she developed YBR to help undo the harm. 

 

Only Yamuna balls such as the Yamuna Gold Ball, Yamuna Silver Ball, Yamuna Pearl Ball, and the Yamuna Black Balls (pair) should be used for this bodywork as these balls are specifically designed for Yamuna Body Rolling. Other types of balls will be too hard and you might end up hurting yourself. For inflating and deflating the ball, you will need a ball pump with a pin attachment.
