Shipping & Returns

Shipping in the USA: 

All orders over $35.00 will ship for free. Orders $34.99 and less will be charged a flat rate fee for standard, economy shipping.

We use a variety of shipping services and will provide tracking information for all shipments when it becomes available. 

Orders usually ship within 1 business day from the date of the order.  We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

International Shipping Policy:

We currently only ship outside of the USA to Canada. Duties and import fees are paid by the customer. 

Return Policy

We think you'll love our products as much as we do, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, just return your purchase within 60 days of receipt, and you'll get a full refund of the purchase price (shipping charges are not refundable). Buyer pays return shipping, unless the product is defective.

In order to expedite your return please provide your order number, the name or email used for the order.   It's also very helpful to know the reason for the return.
