If you're new to yoga I suggest trying the "Angry Cat" or "Child's Pose". These 2 poses are really easy!
Jessica (the author) says "While doing these poses, focus on deep breathing and contracting your core abdominal muscles. These twists and contractions will all help bring blood flow and stimulation to your digestive tract to remove gasses or fluids that may be trapped, soothing your belly bloat."
These's yoga positions can be several times in a row or several times a day as needed.
